Surya spent over 14 years leading complex global operations — managing multi-million dollar programmes across 25+ countries, negotiating with suppliers at scale, and building systems that had to work for thousands of stakeholders at once. Trained as a mechanical engineer at IIT Bombay, certified Six Sigma Green Belt, and currently pursuing his MBA at IIM Kozhikode, he brings a rare combination of engineering rigour, strategic discipline, and operational obsession.

He started Petzoi after losing his sea turtle Rocky at just six months old — unable to find an exotic pet specialist in Chembur in time. Every decision he makes at Petzoi goes through one test: would this have helped save Rocky?

Surekha has spent over 17 years teaching, writing, and designing educational experiences — from primary classrooms to senior college lecture halls. She's led workshops, designed curricula, and mentored thousands of students across age groups. Her gift is making complex ideas feel simple and human.
